Meanwhile, the revised Trade Union Law includes 5 chapters and 31 articles, specifying rights and functions of trade union, settlement of disputes and violations on trade union law… The training helped trade union officials learn about the two revised laws for effective application and launching.
Accordingly, the revised Trade Union Law will enact from Jan. 1, 2013 whilst the revised Labor Law will take effect from May 1, 2013.
