How did dry situation affect to fresh water resource in the province, sir?

The water level at reservoirs inside and outside the province is decreasing rapidly. This will cause a huge shortage of electricity and water for production. The dry situation will likely happen on mass area and prolong in this year.

What losses did happen so far, sir?

There are no losses so far but we will inspect some localities to set out concrete solutions for fighting against dry situation.

How will businesses and people deal with prolonged dry situation?

The bureau has had measures to prevent dry situation and salt infiltration in this year’s dry season. Accordingly, for localities with high risks of salt infiltration, the unit will ask local farmers to start crops sooner and top priority of offering fresh water for localities in the scarcity of water will be given firstly.

Besides, the bureau in cooperation with relevant units to boost management of water resource exploitation… the bureau alone will update and inform situation of hydrometeorology for units, inspect water resources for production at farming areas…
