Sora Gardens I is under Sora Gardens project launched on 3 stages. This is the first project of Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City begun in March 2012 with the total capital of over US$1.2bil. Sora Gardens I includes over 400 apartments. Once completed, Sora Gardens I will be one of high class apartments under the Japanese standards. The project will be expectedly completed by Oct. 2014.

Earlier, in April 2013, Becamex Tokyu Co.Ltd. opened a showroom located next to Sora Gardens I and operated from 10 am to 7 p.m from Monday to Saturday. At this showroom, clients can learn about sample apartments and Japanese-styled living quality as well as other projects in Binh Duong New City in the future.
