Industrial development creates a great immigration. Therefore, the province is home to numerous populous areas, developing boarding house service. To contribute to order security at lodging house areas, young workers’ role is very important.  

Many boarding house proprietors across province complained about hygiene issue and poor awareness on sanitation of lodgers as well as order security at boarding house areas. And numerous other problems occur across lodging houses.

Many concluded that living near boarding house areas is very complicated with problems of sanitation, order security and among others. Mrs.H living near a lodging house area with over 200 rooms complained that she dares not to open her door, owing to bad smell from waste as well as noise at the lodging house area. Besides, many wrongdoers take advantage of order security at the areas to do wrong deeds. Therefore, regulations should be set out for the areas. This will be a significant deed to raise lodgers’ awareness on civilized life.

At present, many localities have held the model of cultural lodging house to improve the mentioned situation. Mrs. Ngoc, a cultural proprietor at Thuan An district, said it is necessary to have close inspections from proprietors for order security maintenance at boarding house areas.

However, to reach high efficiency, it is necessary to have joint efforts from many sides, especially lodgers to raise their awareness on civilized life.
