Youth Month with significant deeds

Early February 29, provincial Youth Union and Thuan An city’s Youth Union held a ceremony to launch the Youth Month 2020 under the theme of “Binh Duong’s youths are voluntary, creative for the community” at the city’s Center for Culture and Sports.

At the event, provincial Youth Union, Young Pioneer Organization donated a recreational area for children to Thuan An city’s Young Pioneer Organization; awarded 15 scholarships to poor-but-excellent pupils in the city

Provincial Youth Union also offered 1,000 hand sanitizers and 1,000 medical masks to Youth Union members, young workers in the city; launched a work on equipping 20 Youth Unions of districts, towns, cities and their branches with 50 information boards on Party General Secretaries and Party congresses; offered laptops to Youth Union branches in An Son commune…

After the event, volunteer squads of Thuan An city got involved in such practical activities as exchanging waste for medical masks, hand sanitizers; making dissemination of information about environmental protection, Covid-19 prevention; eradicating illegal advertising boards; visiting and presenting gifts to heroic Vietnamese mothers, policy beneficiary families…
