Hoang Long, Director of the supermarket, said that he had posted many notices for customers to actively prevent the epidemic. Thuong Nguyen Company sent apology letters to their partners for the delay in service provision, because currently the company is implementing movement restriction, ensure safety, protect health of workers and the community. The company urges people to wash their hands frequently with soaps or alcohol-based hand cleaners, or gargle with an antiseptic solution; increase the frequency of spraying, disinfecting workshops, common areas.
