Province marks Vietnamese Customer Rights Day

Early March 14, provincial Department of Industry and Trade in collaboration with provincial Customer Rights Protection Association held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnamese Customer Rights Day, March 15 and implement tasks for 2017, in attendance of Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

The association over the past time sped up law dissemination, significantly contributing to the local customer rights protection, bringing it into life and making positive impacts on the whole society. This helped raise enterprises’ awareness of rights, interests and responsibilities in production and business…

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr.Liem spoke highly of achievements done by the association over the past time. He also suggested the association to further make propaganda work to raise public awareness of fake and banned goods; sign commitments not trading in poor-quality and counterfeit goods with producers, enterprises, plazas, supermarkets, eateries and shops; have coordination with functional agencies on market control for better results.

On this occasion, provincial People’s Committee awarded the emulation banner to the association, a unit leading the emulation movement of provincial Union of Science-Technology Associations in 2016.
