Provincial Cooperatives’ Alliance gives training to staff in 2018

From 4-6 June, at Thuan An Town Political training center, Provincial Cooperatives’ Alliance opened a training course for staff of cooperative groups in 2018. Attending the training course were over 160 leaders of cooperative groups, farmers in Thu Dau Mot City, Di An Township and Thuan An Township.

At the workshop, participants learned about Law on Cooperatives 2012, focusing on the nature of cooperatives, new cooperative model under Law on Cooperatives 2012, principles of organization and operation of new cooperatives, types of activities of cooperatives, state management of cooperatives and some policies on cooperative development; cooperative groups under Decree 151 of the Government; strategic management, business and production plan for cooperatives… Participants also visited real models in Can Tho City to learn more about cooperative activities.
