MoU on training and scientific research between provincial School of Politics, HCA inked

On the afternoon of April 23, Ho Chi Minh city Cadre Academy (HCA) and provincial School of Politics held the signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in training and scientific research. The event was attended by  Dr. Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Principal of provincial School of Politics; Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Quoc Dung, Director of the Academy of Politics Region II (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics); Assoc. Prof.-Dr. Nguyen Tan Phat, Director of the HCA.
