Provincial Steering Board of Collective Economy works with North Tan Uyen district

Early November 16, a delegation of provincial Steering Board of Collective Economy, led by Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Steering Board, had a working session with North Tan Uyen district’s Steering Board of Collective Economy about its activities over the past nine months.

Over the past nine months, the district had another 3 new cooperatives and there were 2 cooperatives registering to work under the Cooperative Law 2012. The district-based cooperatives’ total revenue was estimated at over VND1.19trillion. The average income of members was VND4million-VND8million per person per month.

At the working session, members of the province and district’s Steering Boards of Collective Economy mutually shared some contents pertaining to support policies for establishment, chartered capital, business registration, sci-tech transfer…

Mr.Liem spoke highly of results done by North Tan Uyen district over the past time while asking for the locality to pay more attention to setting up and developing cooperatives, cooperative groups; organize training courses and trips to effective models; regularly carry out inspection tours of cooperatives, cooperative groups’ business-production activities for timely support…
