In response to the mobilization of “Vietnamese people give priority to use Vietnamese goods” and to take Vietnamese goods to rural areas, the provincial Department of Trade and Industry held fun market days at Dau Tieng district’s Minh Hoa commune from Nov. 24-25.

 

The market day lured 21 businesses with 48 stalls displaying essential items with the stabilized prices. As a remote commune, adjoining Binh Phuoc province, the local residents were in dire need of Vietnamese goods, so the market day attracted thousands of people with the turnover of about VND2bil.

 

This was the 8th fun market day (also the final one in 2012). According to requirement of most of residents, functional agencies plan to hold 15 fun market days in 2013.
