2023 Workers' Month and Action Month for Labor Safety and Hygiene launched

Early May 14, provincial Textile and Garment Trade Union held a ceremony to launch the 2023 Workers' Month and Action Month for Labor Safety and Hygiene.

At the launching ceremony, 2 trade union locals and 12 individuals were honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. On this occasion, the Fund to support workers with extremely difficult circumstances gave a gift worth VND 10 million for Nguyen Thi Phuong, a member of K.J. Co., Ltd.’s Trade Union. Provincial Textile and Garment Trade Union, welfare units, sponsors also offered 51 gifts to trade unionists with difficult circumstances, due to workplace accidents. In addition, businesses and trade union locals signed commitments to implement labor safety and health in 2023.
