At the meeting, the key officials listened Deputy Permanent Officer of Central Committee of CPV Political Theories, Mr. Phung Huu Phu lecturing on contents of the Resolution of “boosting and reforming leadership of the Party in new stage mass mobilisation”, Resolution of “active response to climate change, boosting up management of natural resources and environment”, Resolution of “continual reforms and refinement of political system from central government to grassroots”, result of public idea collection to refine Consitution 1992 and conclusion on “some reforms of payroll regime, social insurance, treatment to socially beneficiary contributors, and reform orientation until 2020”, etc.Up to date, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee has completed idea collection for 3 action plans for “boosting and reforming leadership of the Party in new stage mass mobilisation”, “active response to climate change, boosting up management of natural resources and environment”, and “continual reforms and refinement of political system from central government to grassroots”.Concluding the meeting, member of Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Communication and Education, Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao stressed on the major meeting contents to maintain leadership of the Party.Reported by H.
