3 breakthrough action plans urgently applied into reality

Districts and townships and party committees have discussed idea contributions to complete the provincial party committee’s action plans. They are very important action plans contributing to excel the 9th provincial party congress’ resolutions.

Effective usage of all sources

To improve the quality of human resources for the 2011-2015 period, the local administration will tap all sources to use effectively and implement breakthroughs of talent attraction by linkage and preferential policies. The action plans set out concrete goals to ensure 100% of public servants under training.

The provincial Construction Department director Tran Van Dung asked to seek out reasons of abundance and shortage of human resources at administration agencies.

Central-run city

Under a draft, the provincial urban development program has 4 goals. One of goals is to build Binh Duong urban area into a developing pole of the Southern key economic region. Till 2015, Binh Duong urban area will reach the first class urban area and become a central city by 2020.

According to the draft, 70% of projects of residential and housing areas will be completed by 2015 to raise housing fund and minimize land wastefulness.

Service value increase of 22-23%

The increase is one of goals in a draft of the provincial hi-quality service development program. The draft is to give priorities for hi-quality service development in serve for industrialization and modernization and strives to reach a 22-23% increase of service value by 2015.

In addition, the draft targets to reach 60% of workers, 70% of students and 50% of low-incomers enjoying housing projects by 2015. However, some ideas asked to adjust the targets in conformity with Government’s decision.

In terms of transport and dock warehouse, many ideas asked to mull over construction of parking lots and funeral homes to satisfy local residents’ demand.
