The province has so far completed the second phase of implementation of project 30 on simplifying administration procedures. Specifically, the locality has checked, adjusted and added unsuitable regulations as well as implemented principles of behaviors of public servants.

At present, the province has launched the third phase of the project. In this phase, this locality will continue inspections of unsuitable procedures and collect ideas and simplify at least 30% of announced administration procedures.
