With the theme of “Write a letter about why water is precious”, the annual contest for children up to 15 years old, aims to develop children’s creative writing skills and help to strengthen friendship amongst nations, whilst giving young people an understanding of the postal sector’s role in social development. Especially, those who winning prizes in the contest will be recognized as national-level Vietnamese literature good student.

According to the organizing board, all Vietnamese children and students aged 15 and below can participated in the contest. Entries must be put into an envelope stamped and addressed. The entries should be sent from Nov. 5, 2012 to March 8, 2013.

Prizes will include national and international awards. The national awards will consist of 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 5 third ones, and 30 consolation ones.
