Industrial Parks Authority informed that in 2013, capital construction of enterprises in industrial parks under their management has been preferable and effective.Accordingly, within the year, construction licenses have been issued to 117 constructions covering 513,069 square meters at the cost of VND 1,738.6 billion. Meantime, the authority has verified as-built status of constructions by enterprises in industrial parks at the cost of USD 8.7 million and VND 1,515.4 billion, equivalent to VND 1,699.5 billion or 154.51% of the year’s plan.Aside from as built verification and licensing, in 2013 the authority has commented on 16 constructions covering over 212,735 square meters at the cost of over VND 995 billion.Reported by T.Minh – Translated by Vi Bao
