Born in 1963, as a child, Nguyen Minh Tiep had to self-manage for his life. His mother passed away when he was a child whilst his father married again. So, he had to live on her uncle’s support. Maybe, his childhood’s difficulties make him create career and reap success.

When he was a teenager, he set up a small sawing workshop by his own. In 2000, he decided to establish the Cong Minh Construction-Transport Cooperative located at Phu Loi ward.

Thanks to studiousness and keenness in business, he is nominated to hold the position of the cooperative head. From a small cooperative, he has helped develop the cooperative into a large scale one, offering jobs for hundreds of laborers.

Asked about experience for the cooperative development, he said that it is necessary to have ambition, keenness to involve in business. During his management process, he has always set out concrete solutions and maintained democratic regulations to bring secure feeling for members and laborers.

By such contributions, he has received merit certificates from all level leaders.
