All feedback and recommendations handled in time in 2018

In 2018, the provincial agencies received 7 reports and petitions of individuals and organizations on administrative regulations, 100% of complaints and petitions were handled in a timely manner; Results of the feedback and proposals are posted on the provincial portal and on the mass media.

In 2019, the provincial People's Committee will direct the deployment of "hot" hot line system to receive, process and respond to feedback and suggestions of people and enterprises in the province. Through the "hot line", the feedback and recommendations of the people will be treated by the team to handle information, record feedback, petition and send to competent authorities to quickly consider and resolve related administrative issues.
