In 2003, Minh joined the army and began business start-up right in locality where he had served military service. With honesty and patience, he won the first prize at the 19th contest for good latex tapping workers 2012 held by Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC. After this contest, the young worker became one of 6 provincial rubber workers participating in the 2012 contest for good latex tapping workers of Vietnamese rubber industry. This was the big festive day of the entire Vietnamese rubber sector that was held once in two years.

Minh shared “Indeed, participating in the contest, I enjoyed a good chance to improve my skills and met and exchanged with many people. The contest made me more confident”.

By his constant efforts, Do Luong Minh is one of 6 good young workers being honored at the 2013 program of “Lighting young workers’ dreams and honoring excellent and young workers”.
