The program included participation of overseas Vietnamese and HCMC artists such as Phuong Dung, Duong Ngoc Thai, Chau Gia Kiet, Luong Bich Huu and so on. This exchange was a good chance for local disabled people to express their aspiration and integration into the community.
Also the event, after nearly 2 months taking place a selection of good singing voices of disabled people, the organizing board selected 10 most excellent items.
