Phu Giao district Red Cross Society in cooperation with the Blood Transfusion Center under Cho Ray Hospital just held a humanitarian blood donation with the participation of 150 officials and soldiers working at An Phuoc Jail and some youths and unionists of youth unions in An Thai, An Linh and Phuoc Sang communes.

About 56,700ml of blood collected at the donation were sent to the Blood Transfusion Center under Cho Ray Hospital.

Since the start of this year, the steering board held 2 humanitarian blood donations collected over 120,000ml of blood. The board will hold additional 2 donations from now till the year-end.
