Ben Cat District Party Committee just held its executive meeting for the 10th time of its 10th tenure (extended session) to consider and evaluate socio-economic status in the first 6 months of the year with orientation and tasks for the last 6 months of the year as well as activities Party building, authority, fronts and unions.As reported, production value of the district reached VND 22,148 billion or 10.7% higher than previous period, of which, industrial value increased by 10%, services by 21%, and agriculture 9%. Besides, social security duties have been ensured and social development promoted with additional 6,076 employees working for enterprises while over 18.4 Vietnam dong has been paid out to support privileged households, the poort, and workers.Construction and repair of 71 charity and core houses cost up to 3.5 billion Vietnam dong.In the last 6 months of the year, the district aims at production value at about 27,755 billion with income per capita at VND 35 million a year; at promoting traffic safety and criminal fighting; at repairing school facilities and allocating teachers for the new school year of 2012-2013.Reported by T.
