Ben Cat district has just held a get-together for former Youth Union secretaries and vice-secretaries over periods.

 On this occasion, the district’s Youth Union awarded the mementoes “For young generation” to 21 individuals and presented the certificates of merit to collectives and individuals who gained excellent achievements in the youth task and youth movement at school in the 2009 and 2010 academic year.

 The district’s Young Pioneer Organization also teamed up with the district’s Division of Education and Training to launch the “Small plan” movement to build the scholarship fund named “Doan Thi Lien” and donated 15 gifts to needy members with a total expense of more than VND6mln.
