Binh Duong is an exemplary locality of building social housing for workers 

That was the comment of the Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung about Binh Duong province at the national online conference summarizing 3 implementation years of Resolution 70/NQ-CP (Resolution 70) regarding the Government’s action program performing Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW issued by the 11^th Party Central Committee dated June 1^st 2012. In three implementation years of Resolution 70, the country had nearly 1.4 million persons credited with serving to the revolutionary (contributor) receiving monthly allowances; supported accommodation for 38,000 households of contributor; collected 7,978 martyr’s remains; created jobs for about 6.26 million labors; sent 274,000 laborers to work abroad; poor household rate fell to 14.2% in 2011 and to 5.97% in late 2014; expectedly, by the end of 2015, national poor household rate would decrease by below 5%, local poor household rate would decrease by below 27% ...

In Binh Duong province, implementing Resolution 70, the province set out practical works achieving positive results, such as: disbursing budget and mobilizing VND600 billion for activities taking care of contributors, building 100 houses of gratitude, repairing 348 houses of gratitude, paying VND355 billion for monthly allowances of contributors…

Provincial rate of poor households was 3,197, accounting for 1.12%, rate of near-poor households was 4,287, accounting for 1.51% of total provincial households. The province spent VND600 billion on visiting, giving gifts, supporting, and purchasing health insurance for persons having difficult circumstance. Binh Duong also focused on the implementation of vocational training for nearly 72,000 labors, increasing the rate of trained labors by 70%; created jobs for over 117,000 labors, solved unemployment insurance for 123,000 labors; built social housing for workers…
