Binh Duong Public Security on continuous for-the-people legacy promotion

In 66 years of construction and combats under leadership of the Party and the State as well as supports by sectors and agencies, the Public Security in Binh Duong Province has grown up to become a key force in defending and protecting the people through every stage of revolution. Despite difficulties and hardship, officers, soldiers and cadres of provincial Public Security promote images of loyalty to the Party and services to the people.

Throughout two keynot resistance wars, Binh Duong Province’s Public Security have been keeping faith in leadership of the Party and Uncle Ho to strike back the spies, intelligence and raids of the enemy to protect important bases of Long Nguyen, Thuan An Hoa, Vinh Loi, and iron triangle. The famous operations were namely Cedar Falls, Mahattan which were overturned by massive victorious campaigns of Le Hong Phong, Nguyen Hue, and Ho Chi Minh, etc.

In the face of Southern Region’s liberation which put up great burdens, Binh Duong Province’s Public Security has consulted with the Party and authority in cooperation fight against sabotage organizations.

Then, the 6th Party Congress turned new pages of the nation where Binh Duong Province’s Public Security has been transformed in terms of organizations and operations in the new stages to service reforming causes of the Party and socio-economic development of the locality.

After January 1st 1997, under decisions to develop industry and services to reduce ratios of agriculture production in the economic system, Binh Duong Province has implemented open-door policy to attract investment domestically and globally to make great achievements in a short time. Economic growth is maintained at high speed of over 15% while public living standards are improved. However, development contains other side effects of crimes camouflaged in business activities. Thus, Binh Duong Province’s Public Security is under pressure to control such side effects by consulting with the Party and authority to launch constant measures which help to improve leadership of the State in terms of security along with promoting collective strengths of the whole political system and the people.

Programs and projects of maintaining security have been promoted in parallel with operations of all-level Public Security in the province which have hit hard against crimes. Hundreds of thousand crimes have been resolved thanks to close-in patrols

In responding to movement of “learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples” and “people’s public security force to duly under commands and building cultural life in servicing the people”, Binh Duong Province’s Public Security has set up plans under motto of “Binh Duong Province’s Public Security force to duly under commands and building cultural life in servicing the people”

After launching the plans, local forces have been improved in terms of awareness and actions which helped to turn down many cases including robbing, murdering, and kidnapping.

Over half a century has passed by and generations of Binh Duong Province’s Public Security has made victorious and glorious achievements thanks to leadership and supports of the Party, ministries and local Party Committee and People’s Committee as well as the public. The achievements are also thanks to efforts in implementing patriotic movements and working style correction to follow 6-content teaching of Uncle Ho. It was honorable last July 12, 2011 when President Nguyen Minh Triet, on behalf of the Party and State, has awarded presents and made strategic direction to encourage the local forces.
