Former State President Tran Duc Luong sees VSIP

Former State President Tran Duc Luong yesterday paid a visit to Binh Duong province under the welcome of the provincial party secretary Mai The Trung and leaders. Trung briefed the former State President on local socio-economic development. The former State President expressed his joy for the local development after his visit to the locality in 2000 and 2003.

In addition, the former State President advised that local leaders should pay much attention to trained human resources to access advanced scientific transfer in the aim of meeting local industrial development. In the process of industrial development, the locality should give priorities to hi-tech projects and environmental work to ensure sustainable development.
