Building Party at non-state businesses needs proper measures

Building Party organization and mass body at non-state businesses is one of crucial tasks, contributing to strong development of working class. This is also a key mission of implementation of the 9th provincial party congress’ resolution, 2010-2015 term.  Dai Thien Loc JSC pays attention to developing party members.

As of 2010, the entire province had 44 grassroot Party organizations at non-state businesses with 671 party members and 1,520 locals with nearly 328,000 unionists, 28 youth sub-unions with over 2,500 members. Besides, there were 446 sub-societies for young lodgers and 421 sub-societies for female lodgers. Most of the party organizations and mass bodies have excelled their functions and tasks, contributing to development and stability of businesses.

Tran Van Phuc, secretary of party committee for corporate bloc, said the work of building party at non-state businesses remains difficulties. Most of businesses mainly set up locals and pay less attention to establishing party organizations or developing party members. The main reason lies in shortage of compulsory regulations from upper party organizations. Even, many foreign companies ignore the issues.

Nguyen Thi Yen Loan, vice head of Ben Cat district Party Committee’s Organization Department, said it is difficult to develop party organization at non-state businesses whilst Phuc said that businesses should build mass bodies of youth union, labor union… to facilitate development of party members.

In addition, local authorities should mobilize and persuade businesses to facilitate party members’ operation. Vu Minh Sang, vice secretary of the provincial party committee said that building and development party organizations at non-state businesses need proper measures by holding seminars for businesses to make a change of employers’ awareness.

The local party committee just launched a program on building party organizations and mass bodies at non-state businesses for the 2011-2015 period with the aim of making a strong change of party members and officials’ awareness, establishing political and socio-political organizations at non-state businesses, especially spurring development of locals and youth unions in the premise of developing party members and party cells at non-state businesses.
