At the meeting, Director Nguyen Quan Tuyen of Department of Information and Communication blamed prepaid subscribing for being easy to use for abuses. According to him, the reported case of abusing emergency line 113 of the police should be taken into consideration not only in Binh Duong province but also in other cities and provinces.

 

Also, strict punishments were proposed at the session to fine abuses. Information for the session showed that To Thanh Hung, being caught for using cell phones to disturb emergency line, will be under health check before conclusion of his behaviors is made. Provincial Police has also cooperated with Ho Chi Minh 113 Police to expand investigation into this case and some others.
