Center of Public Administration busy with starting day of lunar New Year

On February 24 and 25 (or the 6^th and 7^th of lunar January of Year of the Goat), the working pace of Center of Public Administration has been picked up at the Concentrated Administrative Center of the Province in open and friendly manner to the public. Hundreds of people and enterprises have contacted for timely resolution of administrative procedures, expressing the delight of restarting work after Tet Holiday 2015.

At the section of registration for new incorporation of Department of Planning and Investment, enterprise representatives have been welcome with smiles and friendly manner.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam at An Binh Ward of Di An Town said: “Reflecting to the past, administrative procedures have been more and more accessible. In the first days of a lunar New Year, we have been guided thoroughly in friendly manner of the officers in charged.”

As informed by Mr. Mai Ba Truoc, Head of Business Registration Division of Department of Planning and Investment, the one-stop-shop section of the Department has received over 50 cases of application for incorporation, business & production expansion, and receiving replies on February 24 and 25. Normally, the section has been receiving fewer guests; however, all the staffs have been mobilized to timely response to and resolve related administrative procedures at their best efforts.

By our observation, the one-stop-shop sections of departments offered the most friendly working atmosphere to the public. Ms. Bui Thi Hanh of Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward of Tan Uyen Town said: “This is my first time applying for driver’s license renewal in a modern and friendly working condition. When waiting for my turn, I can access the information on computer about the development of the province to enrich my social knowledge.”

Roughly, in two days of February 24 and 25, over 1,200 guests have visited the site applying for renewing their driver’s license and many other procedures. Satisfaction has obviously proved within their expectation for an administrative regime of transparency and effectiveness as a part of major duty of State’s administrative procedure reforms from 2011 to 2020 with breakthrough and construction of authorities servicing benefits of the public.
