Early January 17, Literature and Art Society of the province held a conference concluding its cultural and art activities in 2013 and approving orientation for 2014. Attending the conference was Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao, Member of Standing Committee, Head of Propaganda and Education of Provincial Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Nhi, Chair of Provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee, and the society members.In the year, various practical and effective literature and art activities have contributed to encouragement and facilitation for members to create more works regarding literature, music, photography, etc.At the Music Festival of Southern provinces held by Association of Vietnamese music composers, Binh Duong Province has sent its 3 music composers to attend. at the conference, orientation to 2014 was approved while memorentos were awarded for literature and art cause of the members. Provincial People’s Committee and Literature and Art Society have awarded merit certificates to elite members.On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao appreciated the contributions of the provincial artists and writers through years while affirming the care of the Party and the State for literature and art activities which were the solid foundation for works of beauty and humane ethics.
