In the afternoon of April 10, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thuy, Standing Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee organization and representatives of the Party Committee leaders under the Provincial Party Committee received and worked with the delegation of the Central Organization Committee. In charge of the survey, led by Mr. Ho Xuan Long, Deputy Director of Local Department 3, on the implementation of the functions, tasks, powers and working relationships of the committees, the Standing Committee at district level.

According to Mr. Ho Xuan Long, the survey aims to receive recommendations and comments from representatives of the executive committees in the province, thereby selecting and synthesizing the basis for advising the Secretariat for construction, defining the functions, tasks, powers, responsibilities and working relationships of the executive committees, standing committees and district level committees. Recently, Party committees in the province in general and districts, towns and cities in particular have paid attention and focused on implementing and implementing the regulations and guidelines of the Central Government in detail, working regulations of each Party committee, Party organization. The Standing Committee of districts, towns and cities has fully and correctly aware of the importance of building a system of regulations; pay close attention to leadership and direction from drafting to implementation; inspection and supervision of the formulation and implementation of regulations is carried out regularly, with specific programs and plans; direct the addition and improvement when there are changes of regulations and instructions of higher level committees. The contents of regulations are formulated in accordance with the Party's views, lines, regulations and guidelines, the State's policies and laws and the higher-level committees, close to the specific situation of localities and applications. The sense of obeying working regulations in Party committee level, officials and party members continued to be raised; basically overcome the situation of working according to habits and experiences.

At the meeting, representatives of leaders at all levels have contributed ideas on methods, experiences, construction methods and advantages, difficulties and obstacles in implementing working regulations; functions and organizations to implement tasks, powers, working relationships of the committees, standing committees at district level.
