Department of Foreign Affairs to perform well external advisory works

Morning 12^th Feb, provincial Department of Foreign Affairs held the 2015 Civil Servants Conference approving summarizing report on tasks performance in 2014 and orientations, tasks of 2015; results of the democracy regulations implementation in agency’s activities in 2014, orientations of 2015; emulation and commendation in 2014, orientations of movement in 2015. Provincial Party Committee’s Deputy Secretary cum PPC’s Chairman Tran Van Nam attended the meeting.

In 2014, Department of Foreign Affairs performed well its advisory functions, duties for provincial leadership to promote external activities, be proactive in international economic integration, expand friendly, cooperative relationships. Under the leadership and guidance of provincial Party Committee, PPC, management of non-governmental organizations’ activities was conducted seriously; thus, contributing to the socioeconomic development of the province, cooperative relationships have been expanded, spurring foreign investments, improving the status and image of Binh Duong province in investor’s eyes.

Mr. Tran Van Nam conferred second and third-ranked Labor Medal on two officials of Department of Foreign Affairs.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Van Nam appreciated achievements in 2014. He asked officials to continue to enhance professional qualifications to advise PPC on external policies to promote local cooperation; establishing high-quality human resources serving the cause of industrialization and modernization; maximize abilities to contribute to local socioeconomic development. 

On this occasion, Department of Foreign Affairs’ Deputy Director Pham Hong Te received honorably the second-class Labor Medal; and Department of Foreign Affairs’ Deputy Director Tran Huu Phuoc received third-class Labor Medal from the President; provincial civil servants’ Trade Union conferred merit certificates on outstanding collectives and individuals; Department of Foreign Affairs conferred title of Emulation soldier of grassroots level, merit certificates on outstanding individuals in 2014.
