Dissemination on “Youths and traffic culture” launched 

On April 4, a dissemination on “Youths and traffic culture” took place at Thong Nhat 2 quarter, Di An ward, Di An town. The dissemination was co-held by Di An town Committee for Traffic Safety, the town division of Judiciary and Di An ward executive board. Herein, promulgators disseminated some basic articles of the Law on Road Traffic, Decree No.171/QD-CP dated Nov.13, 2013 on stipulating administration fine on road and railway traffic field to enhance youths’ awareness on obeying the Law on Road Traffic.

From Dec. 16, 2014 to March 15, 2015, Di An town occurred 143 traffic accidents, killing 11 and injuring 177, destroying 215 vehicles.

Compared with the same period of last year, the number of accidents reduced 4 cases but the number of deaths soared 6.
