Doctor dedicates to career

During process of working, doctor Nguyen Van Dang makes always effort to complete his tasks. In 2006, doctor Nguyen Van Dang was nominated as vice director of Ben Cat general hospital. Since Oct. 2010, doctor Dang has been head of cadre organization office under the provincial Health Department.

With the entrusted task, doctor Dang always researches the Party and State’s instruction, policies and relevant documents on cadre organization to offer useful advices for leaders of the provincial Health Department.

Doctor Dang shared “Though work on cadre organization is a new job after 28 years of health check-up and treatment, I always make effort to offer useful advice of personnel training and recruitment. Accordingly, the provincial People’s Committee ratified Decision No.74 on policy of training, attracting and recruiting public servants for health sector, Decision No.20 on training for students of medical schools. Annually, the provincial medical sector assigns more than 100 cadres, public servants and students to training courses”.

Doctor Dang always completes his work excellently with high self-consciousness and responsibility. During working period in Ben Cat general hospital, doctor Dang often participates in health check-up and treatment, improve working style and automatic system at wards to cut time of patients and medical staff and more.

Aside from the entrusted tasks, in order to improve professional knowledge and quality of health check-up and treatment, Doctor Dang and his colleagues take part in topics of scientific research and promote initiatives and scientific applications and new methods in health check-up and treatment as well as management.

In the period of 2006-2013, Doctor Dang won title of grassroot emulation soldier and many merit certificates of the provincial People’s Committee, Labor Union.

In 2010, Doctor Dang grabbed the title of elite doctor. His latest award was the third class Labor Order granted by the State President on Vietnamese Physician Day 2015.
