Enlightening dreams of community rehabiliation in good sense of practicability

On September 17, the executive board of Binh Duong provincial Youth Union and the Association of Vietnamese Youths coordinated with Phu Hoa confinement camp to organize the enlighting dreams of community rehabilitation.

Exchange is made with youths having repaid their confinement

Accordingly, nearly 200 youths under clubs of faith enlightening  and turning adolescence and offenders at Phu Hoa confinement camp were in an exchanging talk with youths who have repaid their convict to get back to local residence and working. The event was to encourage offenders to get over offensive background to rehabilitate.
