Finding solutions to better nursing infants less than 36 months of age

On March 31st, Cultural Social Committee under provincial People’s Council had a meeting with Department of Education – Training and People’s Committees of localities on the topic of nursing infants less than 36 months of age at provincial educational facilities. Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao, provincial Party Standing Committee Member, Head of Propaganda and Training Committee cum Head of Cultural Social Committee, presided at the meeting.

Up to now, the province has 189/265 kindergartens for children less than 36 months of age with 12,392/83,708 children. In addition, 8,641 children are nursed at 361 private childcare facilities.

At the meeting, People’s Committees of localities, agencies, and sectors gave their opinions, made suggestions for better bringing up of children less than 36 months of age. Mr. Giao asked localities to orient and make use of solutions in the near future, and proposed approaches to stimulate socialization in educational sector.
