Early Dec.28, Kobota Vietnam Co.Ltd. donated five L3408VN ploughing machines worth VND1.3bln to provincial Farmers’ Society on the 150th anniversary of Kobota Corporation and the 2nd anniversary of the company (photo). They will be handed over to province-based agricultural cooperatives and groups.

 General Director of Kubota Vietnam Co.Ltd. Suzuki Satoshi said that this gift expressed the company’s attention to the local farmers with the hope of bringing them benefits and promoting mechanism in agricultural production.

Established in 1890, Kubota is the top corporation of Japan in manufacturing machines for agricultural production and other industrial sectors. In Sept.2008, this corporation set up Kubota Vietnam Co.Ltd. in the My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park. It is known that the company sold more than 2,000 ploughing machines and combine harvesters in 2010.
