Sample ratio of microbial contamination in cattle and poultry exceeded 10% compared with 2015; sample ratio of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits was below 4%; sample ratio of chemical residues, antibiotics in meat products of cattle, poultry, and aquatic products was below 8%.
