Under provincial investment plan for housing projects in the 2010-2015 period, there will be four great projects in Di An district. Of these, the two housing projects for workers at IPs and low-income laborers in Tan Binh and An Binh communes with a total floor area of 62,300 sq.m. Their investors are Binh Duong Construction-Consulting-Investment Joint Stock Co. and Areco Real Trade Co.

 

Besides, there is a housing project for students at Dong Anh Vocational College with a total floor area of 18,750sq.m. Other housing project for low-income laborers will be built in Tan Dong Hiep commune with a total floor area of 6,000 sq.m. The two projects are invested by Hung Thinh Trading-Production-Construction Joint Stock Co.
