Gricha Safarian, Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Belgium in Ho Chi Minh city, General Director of Puratos Grandplace Vietnam Co., Ltd., has spoken highly of Binh Duong's dynamic and creative development process. He believes that Binh Duong is an ideal destination for investors with administrative reforms and a sustainable and environmentally friendly development strategy. He believes that with the efforts by the local government, the future of Binh Duong will develop to new heights.

He said that he is planning to establish a social enterprise in Binh Duong to implement a model of joint training in making cakes to serve the community. Accordingly, the enterprise will provide a completely free vocational training program for disadvantaged children in the province. In addition, the enterprise will support living expenses for these children during the study period. He hoped that the province will create conditions for enterprises to invest in effective production as well as successfully deploying the model of vocational training linkage in the province.

Han Korean Dieu, Chairman of HCM city-based Taipei Economic and Cultural Office said that with an open and attractive investment climate, Binh Duong has always led the country in FDI attraction. Taiwan currently ranks first with 863 projects and total investment capital of about US$ 6.2 billion.
