Implementation of policies for female laborers in province under scrutiny

Under the Vietnam Women’s Union Central Committee’s Plan No.373/KH-DCT on monitoring over the implementation of polices in favor of female laborers, a delegation of the Vietnam Women’s Union Central Committee, on August 9, worked with some businesses in Binh Duong province.

Particularly, the delegation visited Hai My Co.LTd., Shyang Hung Cheng Co.Ltd. and extended best regards to female laborers working for the two companies. In the visiting places, the delegation answered questions relating to the implementation of policies for female laborers. The two businesses also raised petitions on the adjustment of some provisions in the Labor Code to be in line with their real situation.

The delegation spoke highly of the two businesses’ task of taking care of female laborers; suggested them to further realize policies for female laborers; acknowledged petitions in better carrying out policies for female laborers under the Labor Code 2012 as well as discovering obstacles in the process of implementing policies in favor of female laborers for timely solutions.
