Implementation of the Party's renewal policy in Binh Duong under review

Early July 25, a delegation of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, led by Prof. Dr.Le Van Loi, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, carried a tour of surveying and summarizing Binh Duong province’s process of implementing the Party's renewal policy. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Education and Nguyen Van Danh, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee and representatives of leaders of some departments and sectors in the province received and worked with the delegation.

According to Prof. Dr. Le Van Loi, the purpose of the survey was to find out the process of implementing the Party's renewal policy in Binh Duong, especially since 2011 while discussing and clarifying the implementation of major decisions of provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee during the process of implementing the Party's renewal policy; achievements, shortings and practical impacts of the implementation of the Party's renewal policy on the process of the local socio-economic development and political system building. The survey also aimed at finding out the practice as well as the typical initiatives, effective models and valuable experience of the province in nearly 40 years of innovation, especially over the past 10 years.

A report by provincial Party Committee at the working session showed that in the 40 years of implementing the Party's renewal policy, the Party Committee of Binh Duong province has promoted the tradition of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, striving to overcome obstacles in order to build Binh Duong from an agricultural province with a low starting point in many respects into a dynamically developing industrial province in the Southern Key Economic Region, with the local potential, competitiveness and brand improved markedly. Binh Duong is assessed by the Government as a locality in the group of provinces and cities successfully leading in the renewal cause.
