Binh Duong ready to welcome high-quality investment wave from Singapore

On May 24, Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee, received a Singaporean business delegation in search of investment opportunities in the province.

At the meeting, Mr. Ha gave an overview of Binh Duong province’s potential, advantages and development orientation while emphasizing that the Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) model is a successful economic cooperation project, becoming a symbol of friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore. He said that Binh Duong has always created favorable conditions to welcome a high-quality investment wave from Singapore.

Representatives of Singaporean businesses expressed opinions related to investment opportunities in VSIP, especially for such industries as construction, new industrial materials, nanotechnology, industrial waste treatment...

Provincial leaders said that Binh Duong has given priority to attracting investment in high-tech industries, semiconductor chips, green energy, green economy, circular economy, and logistics; high-tech agricultural sector. The province is also focusing on attracting investment in the science and technology industrial park.
