Increasing sources of support fund for farmers needed

Provincial Support Fund for Farmers has just held a conference to review its activities in 2014 while partially summing up the two-year implementation of loans mandated from the Bank for Social Policies of Vietnam.

At the conference, participating delegates presented some petitions known on increasing sources of support fund for farmers, raising time for non-agriculture vocational training classes, decreasing lending interest rates from sources of support fund for farmers, absolutely solving cases with arrears, making sci-tech transfer among farmers…

Thanks to loans from the Bank for Social Policies of Vietnam, members of provincial Farmers’ Association effectively developed a lot of production and business models over the past time. But, there were still shortcomings for change.
