The provincial department of Environment and Natural Resources has had many positive changes of administration reform work, especially implementation of inspection on administration procedures as well as assessment and idea collection on legal documents relating to administration procedures. In addition, the department has excelled instruction of checking and updating regulations and administration procedures in line with the Government’s resolution on simplifying administration procedures and so on.

To well implement inspection of administration procedures, the department directorate has spurred the work of guidance drastically. Specifically, the department has excelled the provincial People’s Committee’s Decision No.84/QD-UBND dated Jan.10, 2013, Decision 282/QD-UBND dated Jan. 31. 2013 and administration reform plan 2013. Accordingly, in terms of idea collection on legal documents relating to administration procedures, the department has set out a draft regulation on Binh Duong environment prize. The task of building and checking administration procedures alone, the department offered good advices to the provincial People’s Committee to issue Decision 29/QD-UBND dated Jan. 4, 2013 on announcing a set of administration procedure under competence of the department.

At present, the department has completed adjustment of admin procedure set relating to environmental area with 11 procedures.

Vo Thi Ngoc Hanh, vice director of the provincial department of Environment and Natural Resources said that upholding the done results, in the 2nd quarter of this year the department will continue implementing inspection of 4 procedures relating to land, water and mineral natural resources in line with Decision 282/QD-UBND dated Jan. 31, 2013 and guiding publicly list of the admin procedure set.

“In the coming time, the department will determine to launch effectively implementation of admin reform program for the period of 2011-2020, spur democracy of environment and natural resources”, Hanh added.
