Leaders of provincial Party Committee work with Thuan An and TDM’s Party Committees

Early March 1, a delegation of provincial Party Committee, led by Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly delegation had a working session with Thuan An town’s Party Committee and People’s Committee about the local socio-economic, cultural development, national defence-security in 2016 and orientations, tasks for 2017.

At the working session, Nguyen Van Chau, Vice-Secretary of Thuan An town’s Party Committee, Chairman of the town’s People’s Committee briefly reported the delegation of the local socio-economic, cultural development, national defense-security in 2016 and orientations, tasks for 2017; simultaneously presented some existing issues in the fields of healthcare, education, culture, sports, especially in investment capital and land. He also suggested the province to map out long-term plans and solutions, in which focus is put on the economic life and sci-tech knowledge of the local farmers to avoid changing the goal of land use in order to maintain and preserve fruit orchards under the high-tech agricultural trend.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr.Nam acknowledged suggestions by the town’s Party Committee while emphasizing that the town needs to focus all resources on well realizing urban planning, building civilized urban lifestyle, especially rapidly making urban rejuvenation; attach special importance to ensuring order-security and effectively take solutions on fire prevention-fighting…

*On the afternoon of the same day, the delegation also worked with TDM city’s Party Committee and People’s Committee about the local socio-economic, cultural development, national defence-security in 2016 and orientations, tasks for 2017.

At the working session, leaders of the city’s People’s Committee highlighted some achievements done by the town in 2016 and orientations for 2017. As planned, in 2017, the city will strive to ensure high economic growth; bend on improving the quality of industrial manufacture and services; well complete basic construction and investment; tighten control over urban order…The city’s People’s Committee also proposed the delegation of several contents on arranging capital to realize works under provincial Party Committee’s Resolution No.17/NQ-TU, creating clean fund for some projects, upgrading TDM park…

Addressing the working session, Mr.Nam spoke highly of achievements done by the city over the past time while requiring the local government to bend on realizing provincial Party Committee’s Resolution No.17/NQ-TU on developing TDM city for the period of 2016-2020. In terms of constructing key works, the city needs to put focus on well realizing compensation and site clearance. Provincial leaders will deliberate proposals by the city on capital to implement new works under the Resolution No.17 and upgrade TDM park…
