The provincial Health Department yesterday marked the 56th anniversary of Vietnam Physician’s Day (Feb. 27, 1955-2011) with the participation of the local People’s Committee vice chairman Huynh Van Nhi.

Over years, the local medical network has been reinforced and developed with the effective implementation of national programs. Socialization has lured many investors to build general hospitals and standard pharmaceutical product plants.

Addressing the ceremony, Huynh Van Nhi applauded local physicians and doctors’ contributions and asked the health sector to perfect further grassroot level hospitals and clinics in order to excel the community healthcare.
