Local party committee for administration agencies bloc sets out measures for completion of 2011’s goals

Statistically, 100% of cadres and party members and 99% of the public along with 13,000 students have grasped resolutions of all level party congress for the 2011-2015 term.

Thanks to plentiful measures of education and propaganda, cadres and party members and the public have improved their awareness and action in line with instructions and polices of the Party and State.

The bloc has steered its branches to improve quality of party cells. Nguyen Van Thanh, vice secretary of the party committee for administration agencies bloc said that the bloc standing board has set up 3 teams to grasp operational quality of 24 grassroot party cells in a bid to improve shortcomings and steer Party building work timely. Therefore, the operational quality of grassroot party cells has made progresses, contributing to uphold workgroup intellectual.

However, in the first 9 months of this year the work of Party building remained shortcomings. To improve the restrictions and complete the set goals, the bloc has set out many key measures for the 3 remaining months. One of the key tasks is reinforcement of the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”. Accordingly, grassroot party cells must launch and excel the set requirements whilst party members must involve in emulation movements.
