Implementing the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, provincial party committee and people’s committee’s instruction on holding cultural activities on Lunar New Year 2011, the provincial sector of culture, sports and tourism held many activities to welcome the 81st anniversary of Vietnamese Communist Party and Lunar New Year 2011.

 

Spring newspaper festival – one of activities welcoming Party and Spring 2011.

Specifically, a series of art and cultural activities took place across province. They included firework at Binh Duong New City, festival on river at Thuan An town, Spring flower festival at Di An town, dragon dance performance Thu Dau Mot town in the participation of thousands of people.

Meanwhile, unique activities were also held at remote localities of Ben Cat, Tan Uyen and Phu Giao with the participation of over 20,000 people.

Overall, these activities were held as planned and contributed to meet residents’ spiritual life on Lunar New Year.
